Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GEO Autopilot ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Description of Services
GEO Autopilot provides website scanning, structured data generation (Schema.org, robots.txt, llms.txt), and submission tracking tools to optimize your content for AI search engines and large language models. The Service includes a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Starter, Growth, Agency) with different usage limits and feature sets as described on the Pricing page.
User Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Authentication is handled via secure magic links and we do not store passwords. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Polar.sh. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (1) scan websites you do not own or have explicit permission to analyze; (2) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform; (3) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (4) circumvent usage limits or share account access with unauthorized users; (5) use the Growth/Agency API access (/api/v1/scan) for bulk competitive intelligence at scale; or (6) submit false or misleading information. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GEO Autopilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total cumulative liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. AI-generated assets (Schema.org, robots.txt, llms.txt) are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated content before deploying it to production.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email for material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current Terms are always available at geoautopilot.com/terms.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will schedule your data for deletion. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or non-payment, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
